Team

Everyone in the organization, what each of them can do, and how much they are allowed to spend. Also where people are invited from, by email or by a shareable code.

/teamManager and Owner only. Editors and Members are sent back to their brands.

What is on the page

Four counters, then the member list with a search box and role filters. The Seats Available counter is the one that matters when inviting: the invite button disappears when the team is full rather than failing at the end of the form.

A member card shows their name and email, their role, and, for anyone who is not an Owner, a small meter of credits used against their limit. An uncapped person shows an infinity mark.
Role Permissions opens a reference panel listing exactly what each of the four roles can do. Worth reading before assigning one rather than after.

The four roles

Roles are cumulative: each one can do everything the one below it can, plus more.

RoleWhat it adds
MemberRuns automations and sees their own runs. Scoped to the brands they are assigned to, and sees no others at all.
EditorEdits brands, configures and runs automations, applies discovery, and sees every run for the brand.
ManagerManages the team, brands and organization settings, and connects social accounts.
OwnerFull control of the organization.
Permissions are enforced by hiding rather than disabling, so a role that cannot do something usually does not see the control at all. If a colleague cannot find a button you are describing, check their role before assuming the page is broken.

Two ways to invite

Both add someone to this organization with a role you choose.

MethodWhen it fits
Email invitationOne person, by address, with their role set in advance. Someone who already has an account is notified in the app immediately. Pending invitations can be revoked before they are accepted.
Invite keyA shareable code anyone can use to join. Better for onboarding several people at once, or where you do not have addresses in advance.
A key can be revealed, copied, switched to inactive without being deleted, or removed entirely. Making one inactive keeps its usage history, which deleting does not.
An invitation offers Member, Editor or Manager. Owner is not assignable this way.

Per-person credit limits

A member can be capped, overall or for one brand, so a single person cannot spend the organization's whole month. The cap is checked when they start a run, not after it.

A knowledge import counts against a personal cap too, checked when the conversations are selected rather than when the import finishes.
Owners cannot be capped.

Worth knowing

The seat limit is part of your plan. When it is reached, the invite button is hidden and an attempted invitation is refused with the limit named.
A Member sees only the brands they are assigned to. Assigning them is what gives them anything to work on.
Removing someone takes their access away but leaves the work they produced in place.
