Content library

Two archives in one place: outputs worth keeping, and automation settings worth reusing. Neither has to be rebuilt from scratch the next time you need it.

/brands/{brand}/libraryAnyone with access to the brand.

Outputs and configurations

The two tabs hold different things and are worth keeping straight.

TabWhat it holds
OutputsFinished content you chose to keep: a post, a carousel, a hashtag set, a report. Saved with Save from a run's toolbar, under a title and optional tags.
ConfigurationsSaved settings for an automation, grouped by automation. A preset is a starting point, not a result: using one takes you to that automation with its settings already filled in.
Four counters sit above the tabs: how many items are saved, how many times they have been reused, and how many are hashtag sets or posts.

Working with a saved output

Each card carries the item's type, its title, the automation that produced it, a status, up to three tags, the date it was saved, and how many times it has been used.

ActionWhat it does
PreviewOpens the item read-only, in the same viewer the run page uses, so you can check it is the right one before doing anything with it.
UseStarts a new automation with this item as its starting point.
Schedule to CalendarPuts the saved content on the brand's calendar, with the same date, timezone and platform form used from a run.
Mark as FavoriteFlags your best work. Favourite is a status, so an item is either favourite, archived, draft, published or scheduled, never several at once.
ArchiveKeeps an old item without deleting it.
DeleteAsks for confirmation, then removes it for good.
The library shows the fifty most recent saved items.

Reusing settings

A configuration preset is the fastest way to repeat a setup you tuned once. Each row shows its name, when it was last used and how often, with four small buttons.

ButtonWhat it does
UseOpens that automation ready to run with these settings.
RenameGive it a name you will recognise later. Something like Weekly cadence beats Preset 2.
DuplicateCopies it, so you can branch a variation without losing the original.
DeleteRemoves the preset. Automations already running are unaffected.

Worth knowing

Saving happens from a run, not from here: finish an automation, then use Save in the result toolbar. This page is where saved things live afterwards.
Nothing on this page updates by itself, but your own actions refresh it immediately.
The library earns its keep on repetition. If you find yourself re-tuning the same automation every month, save the configuration once and use it instead.
