Run history

Every automation launched for this brand, newest first, with what it cost and how it ended. The place to check whether something finished, and the way back into any past result.

/brands/{brand}/runsAnyone with access to the brand. A Member sees only the runs they started themselves.

What is on the page

Four counters across the top, a row of status filters, then the list. The Completed counter carries a small percentage badge, which is the brand's success rate rather than a share of the current filter.

Each row shows the run's own title where the automation produced one, falling back to the automation's name, then the date it started, who started it, the credits it used, how long it took, and a status badge. The whole row is a link into the run.

The list shows the fifty most recent matching runs. There is no paging past that, so a status filter is the way to reach further back.

What each status means

Six states, and the filters above the list are one per state plus All.

StatusWhat it means
PendingAccepted and about to start.
QueuedWaiting behind another of your runs. Only one runs at a time, and this one starts on its own when the current one ends.
RunningWorking now. Open it to watch the stages fill in.
CompletedFinished with a result to read.
FailedStopped with an error. Its credits were refunded, and the run page explains what happened.
CancelledStopped by someone, or cleaned up after two hours stuck. Credits refunded.

Narrowing the list

Status is the only filter with a control. There is no search box and no per-automation dropdown here.

A link arriving from a notification can carry an automation with it and narrow the list further, even though nothing on the page offers that filter. Choosing All clears it.

Worth knowing

The list does not update by itself. Counters and rows are the state when the page loaded, so reload to see something that has finished since.
A Member sees only their own runs here, and their counters count only those. Editors and above see everything for the brand.
A few automations keep their results on their own screen. Opening a brand discovery run from this list takes you to the discovery review instead of the usual run page.
The credits on a row are what the run actually cost. A failed or cancelled run shows its refund already applied.
