Social overview
Which accounts are connected, what is waiting on a reply, and how recent posts have performed. The start-of-day screen for social, and the way into everything else under it.
/brands/{brand}/socialAnyone with access to the brand can read it. Connecting, reconnecting and disconnecting need Manager or Owner.
What is on the page
A period selector, four performance figures, then four cards: a chart, what needs action, the accounts, and recent contacts.
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Reach, Likes, Comments, Shares | Each against the previous period of the same length, with the change. Clicking any of them opens analytics. |
| Reach and interactions | The two series over the period, one point per day. |
| Needs action | Up to six comments and messages waiting on a human, newest first. A row takes you straight to that item in engagement. |
| Accounts | One tile per connected account with its status, and, for a manager, a dashed tile per platform not yet connected. |
| Recent contacts | Up to five people who have engaged recently. |
The period control offers 7, 30 and 90 days. Six months appears only once it has been chosen from analytics, and the choice carries between the two pages.
Connection status
Four states, used everywhere in social.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Connected | Working normally. |
| Expired | The access token needs refreshing. Try Refresh first. |
| Error | The platform rejected the last attempt, or the stored token can no longer be read at all. Reconnect from scratch. |
| Not connected | No account for this platform yet. |
A connection can be healthy and still lack the permission needed for performance insights. That shows as a neutral note rather than an error, because everything else keeps working. Reconnecting adds the missing permission.
If publishing fails saying the stored connection could not be authenticated, the token can no longer be decrypted. Refresh will not fix that one; reconnect the account.
Twitter, X and Threads cannot be connected. Data from a past connection may still show, but no new one can be added.
Worth knowing
Everyone assigned to the brand sees this page. Only Manager and Owner can connect, reconnect or disconnect; others see the page with those controls replaced by a note.
The page is fetched once and does not update by itself. Coming back from connecting a platform does re-read the accounts.
If part of the page fails to load, that card is left out rather than shown broken, and a message names what is missing.
