Settings
Your account, how the app looks and reaches you, the organization's shared details and rules, and how much of the plan is left this month.
/settingsAnyone signed in. Organization fields are editable by Manager and Owner; everyone else sees them as text.
The five sections
A sticky navigation on the left follows you down the page.
| Section | What is in it |
|---|---|
| Account | Your name, your email address, and changing your password. |
| Preferences | Light or dark, your digest timezone, and where notifications reach you. |
| Organization | The organization's name, its fixed identifier, its status, and the AI instructions every automation follows. Only shown if you belong to one. |
| Plan and usage | Credits, team seats and active automations, each used against its maximum. |
| Danger zone | Account deletion, which goes through support rather than a button. |
Where notifications reach you
Two channels, each with its own switch, plus the IDs team channels use to ping you.
| Channel | Notes |
|---|---|
| In-app | The bell and the notifications page. Turning this off also stops email, since email delivery depends on it. |
| To your account address. | |
| Team alert handles | Your Slack, Discord and Telegram IDs, so a brand's team channel pings you when a teammate tags you. |
These are saved together with Save Preferences, unlike the appearance and timezone settings, which apply as soon as you pick them.
The digest timezone decides what hour your daily digest lands at. Left unset, digests go out on UTC, and the page offers your device's own zone in one click.
Organization instructions
Written here, and they apply to every brand, every automation run and every chat reply in the organization. This is the strongest instruction level in the product.
Instructions cascade broadest first: the organization's, then a parent brand's, then a brand's own. A brand can add detail but cannot contradict the organization, which is the opposite of how brand knowledge resolves, and deliberately so. These carry constraints a brand must not be able to opt out of.
Only Manager and Owner can write them. Everyone else does not see the row.
Plan and usage
Three meters, coloured green, amber past 80 percent, and red at the limit.
Credits reset monthly. Running out stops automations until the allowance resets or is raised.
The seat meter links straight to the team page, which is where an invitation is refused when the number is reached.
The limit counts automations running on a schedule, across every brand in the organization. Running an automation yourself is never limited by it, only by credits.
Worth knowing
The organization's identifier is fixed and appears in links. Changing it goes through support.
An organization can be active, pending approval, rejected or suspended. Anything but active limits what the workspace will do.
Account deletion is a support request rather than a self-service button, and completes within 30 days.
