Calendar
Everything planned for this brand's social accounts, on a calendar. Add content, move it, and see at a glance what is a draft, what is scheduled and what has gone out.
What this page is for
The calendar is the plan. Every post an automation wrote, every photo or video you uploaded yourself, and every AI proposal waiting for a decision, laid out by the day it goes out.
There are three ways to look at it. Month is the default and shows the shape of the month. Week gives each day a tall column with more detail. List is a flat, sortable list of everything in range.
When to use it
- Plan what goes out and when, across every connected account.
- Bring in something an automation already wrote, or upload your own photo or video.
- Check whether a post is a draft, scheduled, published or failed.
- Move a post to a different day.

How to
Add a post to a day
- 1Hover the day and click the + in its corner. Past days do not have one.
- 2Choose Import content to bring in something an automation wrote, or Upload a post to use your own photo or video.
- 3Fill in the caption, pick the accounts it goes to, set the date and time, then confirm.
Move a post
- 1Drag it onto another day. It keeps the same time of day.
- 2You cannot drop a post on a day that has already passed.
Open a post
- 1Click it. The post opens with its caption, its media, its accounts and its status.
- 2Right-click instead for the quick actions: view, edit, duplicate, tags and delete.

| Scheduled | Has a date and time and will go out on its own. |
| Pending approval | Waiting for someone to approve it before it can go out. |
| Published | Already gone out. |
| Failed | Tried to go out and could not. Open it to see why and try again. |
