Sparkia user guide
What every screen does, what every button is for, and when to use it. Pick a page from the list, or search for what you are trying to do.
Roles and credits
What your role lets you do, why a button you were told about might not be there, and what credits are spent on.
The workspace
The frame around every screen: the navigation on the left, the controls along the top, and the page you are working on in the middle.
Signing up
Creating an account
Making your own Sparkia account, and the two very different things that can happen next depending on how you got here.
Signing in and password reset
Getting back into your account, and what to do when you cannot.
Creating or joining an organization
An organization is the workspace your brands and teammates live in. There are two ways to get one, and they behave very differently.
Your first brand
The one thing a new workspace cannot work without, and the free website scan that comes with it.
Brands
The brands list
Your home page: every brand your organization runs, and the rules that apply to all of them.
Brand overview
One brand's home page. It answers a different question depending on how far along the brand is: a brand that has never published is asked to finish setting up, and a brand that publishes is shown how it is doing.
Brand discovery
Discovery reads a brand's website and social profiles and proposes a profile for it. Nothing it finds reaches the brand until you pick the pieces you want and apply them.
Catalogue
Everything a brand sells, products and services side by side. The catalogue is also where content generation gets its raw material: pick a few items and turn them into a post, a carousel, a video script or a month of calendar entries.
Automations
Automations
Every automation available to a brand: the ones already running, the catalogue of ones you can turn on, and how to run, schedule or pause each of them.
Every automation
The full list of automations Sparkia ships, grouped by what they are for. Names and descriptions here are the ones the app itself shows, so this page stays in step with the product.
A run and its result
One automation run, from queued to finished: what it cost, what it produced, and everything you can do with the result. This is where content is read, corrected, approved and sent onward.
Run history
Every automation launched for this brand, newest first, with what it cost and how it ended. The place to check whether something finished, and the way back into any past result.
Content library
Two archives in one place: outputs worth keeping, and automation settings worth reusing. Neither has to be rebuilt from scratch the next time you need it.
Requesting a custom automation
When nothing in the catalogue fits, this form sends the idea to the Sparkia team rather than leaving you to bend an existing template into the wrong shape.
Knowledge and learning
Learning
How well Sparky understands this brand, and every way to teach it more: documents, the brand's own social history, brands it should emulate, goals, and the facts it has already learned.
Chat with Sparky
A conversation with the brand's assistant. It answers questions about the brand, proposes and runs automations, and produces content in the conversation rather than sending you elsewhere for it.
The visual editor
A design tool for the image that goes with a post. It has no page of its own: it opens over whatever you were looking at, and saves back there.
Knowledge imports
Upload an export of your ChatGPT or Claude history and Sparky distils what it says about your brands. Your raw conversations stay private to you; only the findings are shared.
Publishing
Calendar
Everything planned for this brand's social accounts, on a calendar. Add content, move it, and see at a glance what is a draft, what is scheduled and what has gone out.
Approvals
One place to clear everything waiting on a decision for this brand: posts about to go out, replies the AI drafted to comments, and replies it drafted to private messages.
Social
Social overview
Which accounts are connected, what is waiting on a reply, and how recent posts have performed. The start-of-day screen for social, and the way into everything else under it.
Comments and messages
One account at a time: its published posts, the comments and direct messages waiting on a reply, and a log of what an automatic responder already handled.
Automatic replies
Whether Sparky answers comments and messages on its own, drafts them for someone to approve, or does nothing. Set per platform, with one switch that stops everything.
Social analytics
Performance across every connected platform: the totals, how they moved, which posts did best, and when the audience is actually there.
Contacts
Everyone who has commented on or messaged the brand, in one directory you can search, tag, group and keep notes on.
Your organization
Team
Everyone in the organization, what each of them can do, and how much they are allowed to spend. Also where people are invited from, by email or by a shareable code.
Notifications
Everything the app has told you, in one list: runs finishing, approvals waiting, credits running low, teammates joining. Yours alone, never the whole organization's.
Settings
Your account, how the app looks and reaches you, the organization's shared details and rules, and how much of the plan is left this month.
