Automations
Every automation available to a brand: the ones already running, the catalogue of ones you can turn on, and how to run, schedule or pause each of them.
What this page is for
An automation writes something for your brand: a post, a carousel, a video script, a month of calendar entries. This page is where you turn one on, run it, put it on a schedule, or pause it.
The page has two tabs. Recently used holds what is already active for this brand, most recently run first. Browse automations is the catalogue of everything else. Each run costs credits, and the cost is written on every card.
When to use it
- Run an automation by hand, once.
- Turn on a new automation for this brand.
- Change an automation's settings or its schedule.
- Pause one that is producing too much, or turn it off entirely.
The page, annotated
Hover or tap a number to read what that part does. This is the Recently used tab with one card's menu open.

How to
Run an automation now
- 1Open the Recently used tab and find the automation.
- 2Click Use this automation. A dialog opens with its settings.
- 3Check the settings, then confirm. The credits are taken when the run starts.
- 4The run appears in the activity indicator in the header. When it finishes you get a notification and the result opens on its own page.
Run an automation for the first time
- 1Find it in the list. Everything the brand can run is there, most recently used first.
- 2Open What it does from its menu to read what it produces and what it costs.
- 3Press Run now, check the settings, and confirm. Nothing has to be turned on first.
Pause or turn one off
- 1Open the three-dot menu on the card.
- 2Pause automation stops its schedule but keeps the settings, so you can resume later. Deactivate removes it from this brand.
About credits
Each run costs the number of credits printed on its card. The counter at the foot of the sidebar shows what is left this month. A run that fails gives its credits back automatically.
