Approvals
One place to clear everything waiting on a decision for this brand: posts about to go out, replies the AI drafted to comments, and replies it drafted to private messages.
What this page is for
Nothing here has happened yet. Every item is waiting for a person to say yes, no, or not like that. It is the page to open once a day to make sure nothing is stuck and nothing goes out that should not.
Three tabs, each with a count. Calendar posts are scheduled posts that need a decision before they publish. Comment replies are public replies the AI drafted. Message replies are private replies it drafted, plus any conversation it handed to a human.
When to use it
- Your daily or weekly pass to clear what the team and the AI are waiting on.
- Approve or hold a post before it publishes.
- Edit a drafted reply before it goes out, or reject it.
- Take a customer conversation off the AI and answer it yourself.

How to
Decide a post
- 1Open the Calendar posts tab and click Review on the post.
- 2Read it as it will go out, then choose. Approve lets it publish on schedule. Request changes sends it back with a comment. Reject stops it.
- 3Approving does not publish it immediately. It publishes at the time it was scheduled for.
Decide a drafted reply
- 1Open Comment replies or Message replies.
- 2Read the customer's message and the reply the AI drafted underneath it.
- 3Edit the draft in place if it is close but not right, then Approve and send. Regenerate asks for a different draft and costs one credit. Reject discards it and sends nothing.
Answer a customer yourself
- 1Find the conversation in Message replies and click Take over.
- 2The AI stops replying to that person. Write your own message and send it.
- 3Click Return to AI when you are done, or Resolve to close the conversation.
Ship unless held
By default a post waits for a decision forever and nothing publishes unreviewed. You can instead give posts a review window: turn the switch on and choose a number of days, and a post nobody has looked at is approved automatically once that time passes.
Managers get a reminder halfway through the window and are told when something ships this way. Only owners and managers can change the setting.
