Learning

How well Sparky understands this brand, and every way to teach it more: documents, the brand's own social history, brands it should emulate, goals, and the facts it has already learned.

/brands/{brand}/learningAnyone with access to the brand can read it. Uploading, editing and removing need Editor, Manager or Owner.

The learning score

One number out of a hundred, with four categories underneath it. The score is not a grade: it is a map of where the gaps are. A brand with a strong voice but no product documents scores unevenly on purpose, and the low category tells you what to do next.

CategoryWhat feeds it
Social InsightsThe brand's own posting history, read from a connected account.
Feedback LearningYour ratings on generated content, and what you accepted or rejected.
Knowledge BaseDocuments you uploaded, plus what discovery wrote.
AspirationalBrands you pointed at as worth emulating.
The ring turns green above 70, amber between 40 and 70, and orange below 40, with a one-line reading of what that means.
Four counters sit beside it: discoveries, feedbacks, inspirations and active goals.

Knowledge files

The most direct way to teach a brand. Upload the documents that already say who it is: brand guidelines, a tone of voice deck, product sheets, a strategy paper.

DetailWhat applies
Accepted typesPDF, DOC and DOCX, plain text, images and video.
Size limitsPDF up to 50 MB, documents 25 MB, images 10 MB, video 500 MB.
CategoryOptional, one of voice and tone, products and services, marketing, visual style, strategy, or other. It helps the file land in the right part of the brand's knowledge.
ProcessingA file is read after uploading, not at once. It moves through pending, uploading and processing before it counts as learned, and a failed file can be retried.
A file shared into this brand from elsewhere shows the brand it came from, and cannot be deleted from here.
Opening a file shows what was extracted from it: a summary, the topics found, and an impact score. That is worth checking, because it tells you what the brand actually took from the document rather than what you assumed it would.

Brand memory

What Sparky has learned about how you want things done, as opposed to what the brand is. Two lists.

ListWhere it comes from
Pinned factsStatements you pinned from a chat reply. Only the most recent few are sent to the assistant, and the panel says so, showing older ones dimmed.
Learned preferencesTones preferred and avoided, formats, banned words, things not to repeat. These accumulate from your ratings on chat replies rather than being set directly.
Removing an entry takes effect at once and without confirmation. The only way back is to teach it again, so read before you clear.

Brands to learn from

An aspirational brand is a profile or video you point at and say more like this. The analysis reads it and reports what it found, which patterns it extracted, and where this brand differs.

A card runs through scraping, analysing and updating before it completes. Only a completed card opens; one still working or failed does not.
You choose which aspects to learn, for example hook patterns or caption writing, so pointing at a brand does not mean copying everything about it.
The reason you give for adding it is not decoration. It is read alongside the analysis, and it is what stops emulate this account turning into imitation of the wrong parts.

The timeline

The twenty most recent learning events, newest first: what was learned, from where, and what it changed. An event with a source record opens for the full detail.

Events are tagged by kind: feedback, preference updated, discovery, aspiration, goal progress, new goal, and knowledge.
Where an event moved the score, the change is shown beside it, green up and red down.

Worth knowing

A Member can read this page but cannot upload, remove or run an analysis.
If a brand is new, the useful order is discovery first, then documents, then a social analysis, and only then aspirational brands. Each one gives the next more to work with.
The score is calculated rather than live. Refresh recalculates it after you have changed something.
Everything here is correctable. If Sparky has learned something wrong, fixing it in brand memory is faster and more permanent than arguing with it in chat.
